Abstract:The Zhamuqin deposit, located in the Xilinhot-Huolinguole polymetallic metallogenic belt in central and southern Daxinganling, is one of the large lead-zinc polymetallic deposits found in Daxinganling region in recent years. The Zhamuqin lead-zinc deposit is hosted in the acidic volcanic clastic rock of Upper Jurassic Baiyingaolao formation. The ore bodies are in stratiform or stratoid structure, controlled by layered acidic volcanic clastic rock, with complex mineral components. The lead-zinc polymetallic mineralization is closely related with silicification and pyritization, with the metallogenic age of Late Jurassic. The genetic type belongs to volcanic hydrothermal-related stratabound deposit.
