Abstract:By analysis on the status of water resources in Handan, Hebei Province, a sustainable quantity model for regional water resources of Handan is established. In the modeling, the idea of decision-making variable deduction is adopted to deal with the relationship between surface water,groundwater and meteoric water for a sustainable utilization of water resources. Under such an idea, a rational utilization plan for the water resources in the region is optimized by the model.
