Abstract:The Jinying gold deposit is located in the junction of Hunjiang basin and Longgang uplift, genetically belonging to epithermal type. The stratigraphic criteria for prospecting include Mesoarchean Sandaogou formation, Paleoproterozoic Zhenzhumen formation and Neoproterozoic Diaoyutai formation. The tectonic indicators are the NE-trending basin marginal fault F101 and the interlayer-gliding fractural zone F100 between Zhenzhumen and Diaoyutai formations. The magmatic clue is the Late Jurassic granite porphyry. Based on these criteria, 14 prediction factors are extracted to establish the prediction model according to the prediction factors with assigned values for different weights. With prospecting practice in the periphery of Jinying gold orefield such as Ma'angang, the model is verified of its guiding significance for searching the Jinying-style of gold deposits.
