Abstract：The spatial database system for mineral reserves of Liaoning Province is established on the basis of MapGIS and Micromine. It visualizes the distribution of ore fields in the province with reserves. This database system connects and shares its data with the existing databases of exploring authority, mining authority and planning. The system can make full use of the reserves data information to improve efficiency of the administration of mineral resources.
