Abstract:The analysis and calculation for a series of data show that the amount of water resources in Northeast China averages 1600.56×108 m3/a for many successive years, with an available amount of 880.21×108 m3/a.With the rapid development of ecosociety, the basis of sustainable utilization for water resources is getting more and more vulnerable.By analyzing the present situation of water resources and the problems existed in the exploitation and utilization, the authors put forward the measures for sustainable utilization for water resources, such as, unified plan, scientific management, joint regulation and storage, overall consideration, water resources tapping and saving, comprehensive utilization, improvement of environment and protection of water resources.
