Abstract Based on the geological conditions, geophysical field features and deep verification, a new spatial correlation is discovered between the polymetal mineral resources and geology, structures and magmatic rocks. Regarding the element assemblage, the contents of low-temperature ore-forming elements and leading elements in surface are high; while those of high-temperature elements, especially Au, are relatively low. It is suggested that the denudation in the area be in a low degree, with main orebody hidden in deep, showing a great prospect.
