Abstract Wulong gold deposit is a large scale gold lodes.The gold mineralization is close relatedto the Yanshanian period tecto-magmatisms.Geological,Petrochemical,geochemical andisotopic characteristics have been studied and indicate that Sanguliu intrusion、dikes and goldmineralization were the products of remelting of old gold-bearing source beds.They comefrom the same deep-seated magama chamber.Wulong gold deposit belongs to remelted mag-matic hydrothermal gold deposit.
