Abstract In this paper, the authors have studied completely the typomorphic charateristics of gold, such as minerology classification, morphological, grade, chemical composition and the purrity of gold, and the occurrence state of gold also have been studied, from the study, we can come to this conclusion; gold deposit is formed in medtemperatre, medium-deep condition, and it is magmatic hydrothermal gold deposit.
