Abstract：In order to determine the elements of Ag, B and Sn from the multi-purpose regional geochemical survey with emission spectrometry, we adopt the mixture of K2S2O7, NaF, Al2O3 and carbon powder as solid buffer, Ge as internal standard, and blend the samples and buffers in the graphite electrode in a quality ratio of 1:1. This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems raised in the test and puts forward countermeasures. The method has obtained good results in practices.
