Abstract On the basis of gold analyses of 1080 samples in Jinchangyu district, gold abundance of differnt rocks was counted. The result shows that the gold abundance is similar to that of crust.S,Pb,C,O isotopes of ores are consistant with those of vein rocks and granite,but different from countryrock-amphibolite. Factor analysis of REE shows that ore,vein rocks and granite are correlated. Compared with other magmatic hydrothermal gold deposits, Jinchangyu gold deposit has magmatic element association. According to the proves above,it can be concluded that gold of the deposit is derived from the magma which has the same origin as the granite.
