Abstract The Ajile orefield is the newly discovered Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore occurrence. The EH4 continuous conductivity surveying, with high resolution, can accurately detect the shapes, sizes, occurrences, depths and other information of the geological bodies underground within 1000 m deep. The application of such technique in the Ajile orefield perfectly reflects the structural characteristics of the deep geological bodies. Electrical anomalies related to ore or mineralized bodies are found, showing a good result of the application to identify geological features in deep and find hidden orebodies.
