Abstract According to the statistics, associated gold accounts for 43.39% of the total gold reserves in China, with a great potential. The main types of associated gold deposits include associated magmatic Cu-Ni sulfide deposit, associated porphyry Cu-Mo deposit, associated skarn deposit, associated volcanic rock deposit and associated hydrothermal deposit. The research for the characteristics of associated gold deposits is significantly important for the exploration of such type of deposits.
