1 CONTROLLING FACTORS AND SIGNIFICANCE OF EARLY CRETACEOUS VOLCANOSTRATIGRAPHIC FRAMEWORK IN NORTHERN DAXINGANLING REGION: A case study of Kuxi volcanotectonic depression
ZHONG Hui, HAN Yan-dong, FU Jun-yu, LI Yang-chun, ZHANG Yu
Huge area of acid-intermediate volcanic rocks, most of which belong to Early Cretaceous Guanghua age, are distributed in Northern Daxinganling region. Because of heavy coverage, the division of strata is difficult. This paper, taking Kuxi volcanotectonic depression as example, discusses the forming and evolution of the volcanotectonic depression, the magmatic evolution and its control to the voicanostratigraphic sequence. The magmatism and the evolution of volcanotectonic depression are both continuous and irreversible. The lithochemistry and geochemistry vary with the volcanostratigraphy, which is controlled by the magmatism and the evolution of volcanotectonic depression. The forming and evolving process of magma is quantitatively simulated using lithochemical inverse method. Based on such result, combining with the control of the volcanotectonic depression to volcanic facies in different forming stages and correlation of different areas, the superimposition regularity of the volcanostratigraphy is determined. The regional volcanostratigraphic framework of Northern Daxinganling region in Early Cretaceous Guanghua age is established.

9 GEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE XIAOTAZIGOU-DONGWUJIAZI GOLD FIELD IN CHAOYANG, LIAONING PROVINCE
PIAO Shou-cheng, SHI Lei, YU Ze-xin, ZHANG Bo-wen
The Beidi, Xiaotazigou and Dongwujiazi gold deposits in the Xiaotazigou-Dongwujiazi gold field have different characteristics for their various distances from the intrusion. Research on fluid inclusions of quartz indicates that the Beidi gold deposit at the inner contact zone of the intrusion is formed under moderate temperature and belongs to meso-hydrothermal deposit, while the Xiaotazigou gold deposit at the outer contact zone of the intrusion is mesothermal and moderately-seated, and the Dongwujiazi gold deposit far away from the intrusion is epithermal deposit. Study on oxygen and hydrogen isotopes shows that the ore-forming fluids of the Beidi and Xiaotazigou gold deposits are derived from mainly magmatic water, while those of the Dongwujiazi gold deposit are from the mixed magmatic and atmospheric waters.Trace element evidences suggest that the gold ores from Beidi deposit is featured by enrichment of Mo and Bi, while the Xiaotazigou is enriched with Cu and Zn, and the Dongwujiazi is rich in Pb and Ag. The further the deposit is from the intrusion, the smaller of the Au/Ag ratios of gold-bearing minerals are.

14 PROSPECTING GUIDE OF THE SOUTHERN BELT OF PAISHANLOU GOLD DEPOSIT IN FUXIN, LIAONING PROVINCE
WANG Chang-qing, YANG Jian-wei, LI Yue-xin, LIU Hong-guang, ZHANG Lin
The Paishanlou gold deposit occurs in the E-W-trending ductile shear zone between the Archean gneiss and Proterozoic sandstone and dolomite. Geological survey found that the stratigraphic sequence of the gold-bearing ductile shear zone in the southern belt of the gold deposit is reversed. That means the ore-bearing horizon is located on the dolomite formation, instead of under it. This understanding leads to a complete change of prospecting direction and stress.

19 THE SYNTHETIC ABNORMALITY PROSPECTING MODEL AND ITS APPLICATION IN SANDAOCHA GOLD DEPOSIT, JILIN PROVINCE
YANG Qing-hong, AN Jiu-hai, WU Ying-jie
The Sandaocha gold deposit, occurring in the greenstone belt of massif marginal rift type in the east part of the northern margin of North China massif, is one of the large-scale deposits in Jiapigou gold ore field, Jilin province. It is strictly controlled by the NW-trending arc structural belt and the N-S-trending secondary structure. Archean greenstone belt, N-S-trending brittle-ductile shear zone, dike rock and ore body compose the particular geological setting of Sandaocha gold deposit, which is known as the "four-in-one" ore-forming model. The low-resistance, high-polarization and slow-attenuation abnormality of inspire polarization is the reflection of ore body. The synthetic abnormality of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, As, F and Hg(gas) can be regarded as the assessment index of soil geochemical survey. Such a synthetic abnormality model is one of the applications of synthetic geologic model.

26 STUDY ON THE ORE-FORMING MATERIAL SOURCE OF SIWUMUCHANG GOLD DEPOSIT IN INNER MONGOLIA
YANG Cai, GUO Gen-wan, GUO Wan-liang, XU Guo
Based on the characteristics of S, Pb, O and C isotope in the Siwumuchang gold deposit in Inner Mongolia, the ore-forming material resource is analyzed. It is concluded that the S in metallic sulfides comes from the volcanic rock basin of Paleozoic marine bed. The Pb is provided by host strata and volcanic rock basin. In mineralization period, the ore-forming fluid is mainly derived from magma, with meteoric water mixed after the mineralization. The mineralization period of the Siwumuchang gold deposit ranges from Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous.

30 GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PREDICTING FOR BLIND OREBODIES OF DONGWAN GOLD DEPOSIT IN SONGXIAN, HENAN PROVINCE
SHI Jian-xi, WANG Zhi-jun, YUE Hai-quan, CHEN Gen-wen
The Dongwan gold deposit in Songxian, Henan Province is controlled by a structural alternation zone. The orebodies occur as veins or lenses, with ores in veinlets, disseminated, veins, stockworks and honeycomb-style. The ore minerals include natural gold, electrum and natural silver, with minor sulfates. The main alternations consist of silicification, sericitization, kaolinization, carbonation and pyritization. The mineralization is divided by four stages:silicification (pyritization) stage, quartz-coarse pyrite stage, quartz-fine pyrite stage and carbonate-galena-sphalerite stage. Based on the theory of structural overprinted geochemical halo, the model of structural overprinted geochemical halo for Dongwan gold deposit is constructed, by which blind orebodies are prospected successfully.

35 METALLOGENIC PROGNOSIS IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF SONGXI SILVER-POLYMETALLIC DEPOSIT IN MEIXIAN, GUANGDONG PROVINCE
CAI Xin-hong, LI Jun-dian, NI Shun-xin
The Songxi Ag-Sb deposit is located in Baidu Town of Meixian, Guangdong Province, where submarine volcanic eruption and effusion took place in Early Jurassic period. During the intermission of and after the eruption, a larg e amount of residual polymetallic element-bearing gas and fluid deposited with terrigenous clast and intraclast in the sea basin, forming source bed of ore. Orebodies are formed by the reformation of later hydrothermal fluid and the superimposition and enrichment of ore-forming material. There is a similar ore-forming condition in the periphery within several kilometers from the Songxi ore field. Therefore the study on the ore-forming mechanism and establishment of an ore-forming model is significant to seek the "Songxi type" of deposits in the area.

65 INFERENCE OF HIDDEN ROCK BODIES BY MAGNETIC MEASUREMENT DATA IN 1:50000 MINERAL RESOURCES SURVEY
JIN Xin, JIA Li-guo, SUN Zhong-ren, GAO Fei
The method of surface high-precision magnetic measurement is broadly applied in the present 1:50000 mineral resources survey. The magnetic measurement data should be fully used to obtain ore-searching information. Magmatic activities and structural movements are key factors for the forming and emplacing of mineral resources. The main objects of the study of magnetic measurement data are just the hidden rock bodies and structures. The occurrences and shapes of hidden rock bodies can be effectively inferred by analysis and comparison of magnetic field and anomaly characters, combined with geologic data to tell the causes of the anomalies and verified by other methods. The inference of hidden rock bodies is significantly important for research of intrusive rocks, ore-controlling structures and hidden ore bodies related to magmatic hydrothermal fluid.

77 REALIZATION OF THE CONVERSION OF DATA BETWEEN MAPGIS AND SURFER
SUN Zhong-ren, ZHEN Fan-yu, ZHAO Xue-juan
The GIS software of MapGIS and Surfer are commonly applied in geologic research and exploration. However, the data of one sort cannot be adopted easily by each other. By analysis on the data file formats of Surfer and MapGIS, the paper proposes a method to convert the data between the two types of software. A conversion-software is complied. Particularly, the grid ASCⅡ file (DET) of MapGIS can be formed by simple editing, without transfer to grid. A practical program is made to draw the geochemical anomaly map by Surfer and then to convert into MapGIS format for publishing.
