Abstract：On the basis of the current situation of rock environment quality in Liaoning Province, the information construction and development for the rock environment system is discussed. The informatization is an effective way of practicing scientific development. It is a necessary way to improve environment and resources protection. The establish of an information system of the rock environment quality is beneficial for the development of society, economy, resources and environment.
