241 GEOLOGICAL FEATURE AND METALLOGENIC MODEL OF LAERMA AND QIONGMO GOLD DEPOSITS IN WESTERN QINLING
Liu Jia jun, Zheng Minghua, Liu Jianming, Zhou Yufeng, Gu Xuexiang, Zhang Bin
Laerma and Qiongmo gold deposits, occurring in the south subzone of Western Qinling, are typical and important stratabound gold deposits, closely associated with submarine exhalative-sedimentation.The gold deposits exist in the Cambrian silicalite formation composed of black chert and slate. The presence of the typical chert offers an important evidence to evaluate the possible submarine exhalative system and its control over the forming of the gold deposits.
Bedded-quasibedded and lens-like orebodies occur in the silicalite formation, showing approximately comfortable attitudes with the host rocks and their development in interbedded fractures or breccias there.More than 80% of the ore bodies are present in the chert.Element paragenesis and mineral assemblage of the ores are quite complicated.More than 80 kinds of minerals were identified in the ores.In addition to ordinary minerals such as pyrite, marcasite, stibnite and native gold, there are a number of minerals of copper, uranium and selenium. In some parts, independent Cu,Sb,U,Mo and Se ore bodies could be delimited.
It is particularly interesting that there are abnormally high concentration of platinum group element (PGE) and disperse elements (e.g.,Se and In).With such complex element paragenesis of Au-Cu-U-Mo-Se-PGE,the gold deposits in the Cambrian silicalite formation are really unusual. As a matter of fact, this type of deposit was known for the first time in China and is expected to be studied.
In the light of geological features in the deposits, the authors conclude that they underwent 2 ore-forming periods at least, namely a submarine exhalative sedimentary period and a hydrothermal minerlization period of hot circulating groundwater (meteoric water).During the former period,a high concentration of ore-forming elements and pyrite-rich silicalite formation were formed. This was a stage of preliminary enrichments of ore materials and source bed formation.During the latter period, ore materials in the silicalite formation were remobilized, migrated and re-enriched. The ore-forming thermal solution is characterized by middlelow tempera ture (142~270℃), low pressure (less then 30MPa), weak acidity and neutrality (pH=3.69~5.88), reduction and redox transition (Eh=-0.5~+0.082). The decrease in sulfer fugacity, the increase in oxygen fugacity and the mixing of hydro thermal solution with cold groundw ater are the direct reasons for promoting the sediment action of gold from the ore-forming thermal solution. So the gold deposits belong to stratabound gold deposit associated with submarine exhalative sedimenta tion.

255 STUDY ON THE FORMING OF ALBITITE AND GOLD DEPOSIT IN DAGOUGU, WESTERN GUANGDONG
Liang Huaying, Wang Xiuzhang, Cheng Jingping, Zhang Hu
Dagougu gold deposit, occurring majorly in the albitite belt of Sinian Lechangxia group,is a new type of deposit related to albitite. The study on the geochemistry, trace elements and REE of the Au-rich albitite shows that the albitite has no genetical relation to the schist of Lechangxia group and nearby granite. The Au-rich albitite was formed mainly by hydrothermal sedimentation. The albitite is closely related to gold deposit. The genesis of the albitite-type gold deposit is hydrothermal sedimentation + reformation.

261 SHUIQUANGOU ALKALI COMPLEX AND ITS RELATION TO GOLD DEPOSITS
Li Yuping, Zhao Ruifeng
Shuiquangou alkali complex, intruding in the metamorphic series of Achean Sanggan group,is located on the south of Shangyi-Chicheng supercrustal fault in the north margin of North China platform. Lithologically,it can be classified into alkali syenite and monzonite. The gold deposits in it are genetically related to the complex. The complex was formed by multistage magmatic activities and assimilation with the wall rocks during Hercynian to Yanshanian stages. The diagenetic process of the complex is also the metallogenic process of Au through mobilizing, migrating and enriching.

270 MINERALIZATION FEATURES AND REGULARITIES OF ORE-CONTROLLING BY FAULT OF VEIN No. 505 IN WENYU GOLD DEPOSIT
Wang Keyong, Fan Yongxiang, Gao Qiubin
Wenyu gold deposit in Henan Province is a large scale auriferous quartz type gold-lead deoposit,of which Vein No.505 is the major mined lode. The spatial occurence of the vein is strictly controlled by an E-W stricking brittle-ductile shear belt. The mineralization process can be divided into 4 stages, which are:(Ⅰ)pyrite-quartz stage,(Ⅱ)quartz-pyrite stage,(Ⅲ)quartz-polymetallic sulfide stage and (Ⅳ)quartz-carbonate stage. The thickness of ore body and grade ofore are controlled by the distribution of auriferous quartz and the superimposed development of the main mineralization stages of Ⅱand Ⅲcollectively. The structure controlling on gold mineralization shows as follow:1)Affected by the attitude and moving way of ore-controlling fault, the auriferous quartz body mainly occures at the positions where the strike of the fault is less than 90° and the dip angle is less than 50°.2)TheⅡand Ⅲ mineralization stages mainly superimpose at the positions where the strike of the fault is 85~90° and the dip angle is 45~50°.3)The prominent zones by shape of the lying wall of the ore-controlling fault are the positions where the ore shoots locate. And 4)controlled by the extent of the prominent zones of the lying wall of the ore-controlling fault, the ore shoots in Vein No.505 incline west in space.

278 Au-Ag MINERALIZATION AND PROSPECTING GUIDE IN QINGTIAN-XIAN JU AREA, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
Shao Jun
Qingtian-Xianju area is located in Wenzhou-Linhai depression, southeastern Zhejiang folded belt,South China folded system. The wall rocks of Au-Ag mineralization are crystal-vitric welded tuff of Xishantou formation, upper Jurassic. The main controlling structures are volcanic mechanism and related faults.Multiperiodic activities of volcanic eruption and magmatic intrusion offered heat, thermal fluid and mineralized materials to Au-Ag mineralization. The area is situated in abruplty changed belt of mantle gradient. The character of deep-seated structure in this area is the same as that in Longquan-Suichang Au-Ag mineralized belt. The activities of volcanic erupsion, magmatic intrusion and structure are frequent and strong in the area, accompanying obvious multiperiodic fluid activities. The basement rocks of the depression are metamorphosed auriferous rocks(Chencai group,etc.).The cap formation is volcanic eruption rocks which were formed in Mesozoic period and developed from basement metamorphic auriferous rocks through remelting or partly syntexics.Mineralization materials such as Au and Ag are subjected to activating, mingrating, enriching or re-distributing,with the development of basement rocks.Part of Au-Ag enrich in favorable structures to form ore bodies.thers are distributed in tuffaceous rocks in the form of naturlism and/or free absorption, then re-activated and remigrated depending on multiperiodic thermal fluid activity, and finally enriched in favorable structures to form ore bodies.Thus,Qingtian-Xianju area is a favorable area for Au-Ag mineralization.

296 THE GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ABROAD SUPERLARGE METAMORPHIC MICROCLASTIC ROCK-TYPE GOLD DEPOSITS
Ying Hanlong, Lu Defu
The abroad rock series bearing metamorphic microclastic rock-type gold deposits are characterized by containing carbon, pyrite, volcanic matter, hot water sediment and high content gold.In the sedimentation and diagenetic process of ore-bearing rock series,gold-poor ores might form locally;gold ore bodies even formed occasionally. The metamorphism of ore-bearing rock series might cause gold mineralization or favorite physical-chemical conditon for the later gold ore formation. The magmatism in the mining areas presented a part of mineralization matter or heat source and motive power for reworking mineralization. The deposits are defined by structures and found in positive terrestrial heat anomaly areas. The formations of gold deposits are related to hot water sedimentation,metamorphism,post-magmatism hydrothermal mineralization and atmospheric water reworking mineralization. The formation of superlarge metamorphic microclastic rock-type gold deposits underwent a long process and was multi-term and multi-stage.The reworking process was important in the formation of the superlarge gold deposits. In the forming process of superlarge gold deposits during Mesozoic era, superimposing structural and magmatic activation are significant.
